Depends on how much crank flex there is. You can make it first order balanced like a five pretty easily, so you only have to worry about second order vibrations and so on from the uneven count... but like with a straight eight, you’d get a certain amount of springing in the crank causing repetitive strain, bearing abuse, and so on. Basically, better than a three or five or seven in some respects, but worse in one important other.
